Two coordinated plugins

A Paper plugin for the backends and a Velocity plugin for the proxy. They share a database and talk to each other over plugin-message channels.

Bans, kicks, mutes, reports and staff notes, with a per-server economy on Vault and every change of a balance kept in the database.

Friends, parties, private messages and a staff spy that sees every channel of the network.

Every join, leave, switch, report, note and punishment goes into a channel of your choice, and the bot answers with slash commands.

This wiki documents the plugin: how it is built, how it is configured, what it does to the database and what every command and permission does.

Both plugins share the AppelTools-Common library, the same MySQL database and the same configuration keys — they do not share a JVM.
